I keep seeing these Sherman threads made and bumped every week so i think hes doing terrible. I go and look at the stats and the nikka only gives up like 40 yards and people get excited Has thr guy even had a TD and 100 yard game against him yet?

LOL so sherm stans acting like he was lined up on dez every play? He wasnt. I saw him lined u against other wrs quite often.


Sherman is a system CB. Nothing more. He routinely lines up on #2-4 WRS every game with safety help.

Sherm plays zone most of the time, faces #2-4 wrs more than he does #1s and has safety help constantly.

Hes a system CB. If he ever had to play man to man against #1s all game he'd get exposed. But he doesnt


I have no problem with peopke saying hes a good cb in the seattle system. But the elite/shutdown/ best cb comments are comical.

at nikkas expecting Sherman's stat line to say 0 catches every week.

Sherman played well, Romo tested him twice or three times in the entire game. There was not alot of damage done when they did connect on him.

That sounds like a job well done.

that's these new fans for ya. a shutdown corner is one that doesn't give up any catches or yards. that's what happens when you only watch youtube highlights of the greats, you think they shut everyone down in their day. deion never got beat, never ever and every punt return was a touchdown.
