I guess it depends on societal pressures/norms. I wouldn't lay on my mom/dad like that at an older age, but this shyt is nothing to really get upset over. Life is too short. After I lost my dad last year, I wish I could talk with him again, hug him, etc.

From a dad's perspective, i don't know what it's like to have grown kids, my daughters only 8 so maybe my opinion will change. But i can't imagine still seeing her as a child forever. When she becomes a fully grown adult women i feel like it would be strenuous to still give piggy back rides and shyt. jumping and crawling all over me is fine because you are little. but back won't appreciate it if you are a big adult. I don't even like it when my girlfriend is too much on me when we are sleeping, i be like get off ,my arm is going numb. Literally woken up several times with a dead limb. i was that numb arm just flopping around.

Thats just my perspective, for the ones in here trying to sexualize it though, ya'll just weird.

My daughter is 5. I let her cuddle with me, hold her all the time. Pick her up, cradle her.. But fathers know you keep the legs together and it’s appropriate. Legs should not be open. You automatically fix your daughter’s position. It’s not for you.. it’s so your daughter knows what’s appropriate and not. So many daughters get molested by they fathers. I’m extremely conscious of making sure my daughter always comfortable and safe with me. The cuddle is fine, but she weird putting her leg across her dad lap like that. But he weirder for not correcting that. Just adjust her leg over. Creepy
