In reality a lot of these IG chicks aren't selling anything. There's a distinct thing you see in the IG of successful realtors and that's actual clients, actual closings, actual sales. When all you see is 90% gym/personal life/etc pics and 10% pictures of homes that haven't been sold...you're looking at someone who is playing house. I glanced through the house pics in her IG and some of the houses were bought/sold so she's legit at least.
I dont even know how i discovered her. I was just scrollin off my search feed and saw her and hit the follow button lol

these modern nikkas got like 10 other things going on and not accomplish at non of them
I know this nikka without no agree, doesn’t pay child support has his Facebook heading as Student Debt Advisor, a licensed mortgage banker, and owner of a LLC consultant business and the LLC isn’t even registered
nobody is happy at just being a electrician, engineer, salesman, etc making $60,000 a year with little debt and staying in their means of living
nikkas saw Jay-Z doing all these things and that bullshyt real housewives and love and hip hop written script shyt and now everyone has to be doing 5 things but in reality nothing at all
