She just meant gym exercise/routine.
She has an active lifestyle. She’s constantly dancing etc and abs are 90% diet any way. You can still eat whatever you want so long as you’re not going crazy every day - with an active lifestyle you’ll have a toned midriff. She also has great genes/elite fat distribution

She's beautiful. I like thick women but I can still appreciate a nice slim woman. Women can attain that type of body with the right discipline.
