you could take out 10% and try and trade the volatility. on each winning trade take out your capital and gains. have defined entry and exit points before trading. do it on a reliable and liquid exchange - no swaps / coinmarkets etc. only enter trades on strong signals.
lock in your winnings with limit orders.

End of the day crypto is a long-term thing, too many people see bitcoin, doge, yearn.finance and co rising hard in the last few years and assume the same for the rest, never seeing these coins have been on the market multiple years.
