Reiner is a crybaby bytch too.

Being an unwanted b*stard, put in extreme training as a child to be a "warrior" to make his mother proud, sent to an island as a child where he almost gets eaten but his teammate saves him (then gets eaten in front of him), is directly responsible for the deaths of over 250k people, spent years training with the "enemy", kills Marco and other Scouts directly, etc.... even before all of the shyt after getting back to the continent. All of that from age 12 to 17.

I think that being depressed is the most sane thing to be in that situation.
