PC Version has those problems not.

60FPS, 1080P ultra graphics.

Nah but in motion it doesn't look half bad. Especially at 60fps too. I agree that it's not a big improvement from FO3 and looks pretty meh compared to MGSV. Then again MGSV is just big stretches of land with 10 nikkas at any given time.

But its not about about graphics,performance,animations,game play etc its about traveling to locations using reused assests with npcs that look and sound the same and repeat dialogue from other npcs and calling it a new location

You ever played fallout 3? You're literally in the VERY beginning of the game. That's tutorial stuff. Throwing in the towel when you've done maybe 1 hour out of hundreds is ridiculous. Leave and go somewhere else.

U don't have to do any of this tho, that's why it's called side quest, it's there to teach u how to run a settlement, u could decline those missions all together

Haven't brought this game seen youtube videos, shyt looks boring as shyt. plus the shytty FPS, in this is supposed to be GOTY contender over MGSV?

Haven't played fallout 4. But bloodborne had similar drops in.fps. it didn't take away from the experience.

Back when mine craft first came out, I had decent machine but fps would still drop because everything was interactable.

If graphics have to be sacrificed for a world.where everything can be manipulated, I'd prefer that.

Fallout 3 looked like trash at the time, but I still think it's the best game I have ever played.

Overall games like bloodborne and fallout 3 prove that pandering to casuals with the casuals' preference for "story" and "graphics", isn't what makes good games.

I'd rather play bloodborne chalice dungeons all day than play a minute of the casuals' favorite QTE game like final f antasy, the order 1866, or mass.effect 2.
