i would have to agree with other dude, i was just on vacation down there (in the caribbean not jamaica) but from what i saw i think the prices are about the same as in the us, i think the only only place in the caribbean that has cheap land and cheap real estate for real is DR

its possible jamaica has cheap land too, i dont know, but i know for a fact that americans and europeans have driven up real estate in all those other little islands, you cant relax out there without an american income
