Paige Gasper is a 21-year-old college student from Wheatland, California and to our knowledge, she's the first Route 91 shooting victim to file a lawsuit against MGM Resorts following the mass shooting.
Her lawsuit claims MGM Resorts failed to properly watch people coming and going from the hotel and they didn't respond quickly enough after the first shots were fired at one of their security guards.
The complaint also says that the Mandalay Bay hotel-casino didn't notice all of the guns going to Stephan Paddock's room and didn't act when he broke his hotel window.

I posted this article a couple days ago and at this point i think this is the only explanation for a motive as to why he did this. It just goes to show how frail these mf's are when they'll lose their minds over even a hint of their privileges drying up or lives starting to become equalized.

The FBI and Las Vegas PD or whoever running this investigation have more than the pictures that they have released. come on. He had a driver license as well. There’s also video and pictures of him in Las Vegas hotels that they will not release for some reason.
