They (FBI, CIA, cops) know why he did it.

They just don't want straight white men to look bad.


Notice every mass shooting that a white guy does is immediately pushed out of the headlines in like 2-3 days.

But if a black guys (OJ simpson) kills two white people, they still talking about decades later.


What is crazy is the press is like we don't want to these guys to get infamous, so they don't put their picture up or name. It is by design. We can't let the whites look bad, can we?

I honestly can't even remember what this shooter looked like?

It's weird how something of this magnititude just came and went in the news cycle.
Almost as if the media just wanted to move on to the next subject and just wipe it away from our collective memory.

Weird indeed, and I feel like that could be for a number of reasons, mostly being to quickly close the discussion on gun control laws.
But man I'm convinced, had the demographics of the victims and event been different, there would have been crazy victim blaming. I don't doubt a certain segment would even go as far a celebrating it.

This shyt was wild. IIRC a couple that survived the shooting both died months later. On some Final Destination shyt.

Yeah that's, right. Another shooting in a cowboy bar in Thousand Oaks, fukk sakes.

I remember paddocks brother and himself were said to have large amounts of child pornography on their computers. Brother arrested in aftermath but charges dropped after some issue with a witness availability. To my knowledge they have not refiled charges since, least haven't heard anything

Wow I don't want to say I forgot about this but the memory is already fleeting.

I feel like we never really got closure on this as a society.

Hard to gain closure when a mass shooting is happening every month. Always another one around the corner. 2020 took a break so we can deal with Covid but it will be back.

I love concerts, but since this and the bombing at that ariana grande concert I've been second guessing large outdoor gatherings in open spaces like that.

I forgot about that one completely.
