Allegedly, folks from Atlanta like to blame outbof towners for all the crime. The city is a very transient city but to say it's transplants is pushing it.

But to add to the bullshyt, as a transient my self, I blame all of the Chicago transplants. Chicago nikkas brought their level of gangbanging and violence to the city.

Depends. I would imagine the neighborhood based crime is more long term residents and the nightlife based crime is more transplants.
