I hate to sound like a nationalist but at a certain point these countries within the Middle East, Africa, need to get their affairs in order. Their people are fleeing to European countries where they're increasingly not wanted and nationalism at a high comparable to pre WW2 Europe.
We(USA) are probably the problem in their home countries.
