I cant think of any real forms of discrimination against men who weren't tall enough outside of not being a highly desireable mate. However there are institutionalized discrimination against people of the wrong colour.

Short people in general have a very well-documented history of discrimination that runs back since the beginning of time. Example: taller men in corporate America are more likely to be promoted (and earn more money) than similarly-situated men of shorter height.

Moreover, the comparison was to demonstrate that it's fukked up for anybody to discriminate against somebody based on an immutable characteristic (i.e., race/skin color, height).

Girls discriminate against short men for lack of height. Height is an immutable characteristic (it cannot be changed/altered). Those girls who discriminate against short men have no business catching feelings when men discriminate against them because of their race/skin color.
