That spot the concert was held was at a ratchet ass club called fiesta. It's hood as fukk in there. I don't know Chris' people would even allow him to be booked there. That club usually books a lot of local acts and mariachi bands.
An artist on Chris Browns level shouldn't have even been at that shyt

it holds a lot of people. No lie, they were promoting one venue for TWO months but sold so many tickets (or claimed that was the reason)that the DAY OF the event, they switched to Fiesta Night Club because the capacity is bigger. So basically they got a worse venue + security trying to squeeze every little penny out of people.
whats worse? The only way you would know they switched venues is if you happen to be on instagram/facebook THAT day and saw someone post the new flyer with the new info. If you missed soomeone posting , then you just lost $50 you paid for the ticket. because you would of ended up at the other venue and of course nothing going on at that venue since they moved it to Fiesta
shyt is the worse ran event I done ever seen which is saying a lot.
It wasnt even a real promoter doing the event, its Chris Brown manager doing his birthday parties in SoCal and North Cali tryna squeeze his affiliation with Chris Brown for some extra $ and ruining it for the rest of us in the process

4 people getting shot and killed in the same car this Friday after Lebron party(unrelated maybe, was a few streets over) but news reported they were leaving a club.
And 5 people shot at Chris Brown (was 4 but now updated to 5) party the day after 4 killed in same car after a party

Itd be different (but still hot for the clubs) if it was random people, but all they gonna tie all these back to bringing out special hosts/acts and just go crazy with the regulations..

at an actual real club
strict male to female ratio
strict dress code
strict security (yall hate them, but trust me they make yall party better..)
strict bottle service ratios and higher pricing to bring in more quality crowd that would fit the event
non promoters throwing an event and just getting by off a big name being attached to an event:
a busted ass venue
no real dress code (half the club was in white tees
)
no male to female ratio enforced
no real security or pat downs (thats what happened here)
cheap bottle service just to sell out the venue quicker instead of looking for people really trying to pop bottles and stunt
