It really is a cap...i mean they dont shut down your Internet or charge you more but have you tried to go a week with edge speeds? That shyt is unusable. I had the 2.5gb plan once and went over the cap. I had to change to the truly unlimited plan asap.

True but that does not change the fact that t-mo has an truly unlimited plan like Sprint. Just like the plan you switched too.

Me and my fam are on the unlimited plan and use about 80 GB a month combined and have never been capped or throttled breh

i jumped yesterday after 7 years with sprint. not my first stint with t-mobile i had em when they were voice stream. the coverage is a tad bit better than sprint, i got 4G IN MY fukkING HOUSE NOW and their plans are cheap. Plus i got the 2.5 gb hotspot so i can bring my ipad with me and watch netflix free? YUP! T-MOB get with it my nikkas. wave gang!

I was looking to see whats up as well. It's weird though...when I look at their suggestions for data... I feel like 2.5 GB would be enough.... I will go with unlimited anyway but the way they estimate usage with about 1.5 hours a day of music streaming and basic net use.... it's odd but 2.5 GB would be enough.... meh... I would get unlimited anyway I guess. I rarely watch netlfix on the phone look at a few youtube clips a day.....

I have unlimited and stream all my music and podcast and rarely get 2 gb the most I usually get is if I'm streaming video I got up to 20 gb once...on tmobile,

so you are saying with all of that, you are usually a little under 2GB a month..... sometimes I feel like ATT be hyping those GB usage numbers.... sometimes it will say something like 5GB and I know damn well I have not used that much data.
