I wouldn’t be sad if they all died.
I read his op ed in the Times last August, before his book was released. He's a well researched, expert on this subject. He has a lot of good points about how much billionaires really want to change the world, or the way they do this.

Because the qualities of wealth are finite under this system. A system that at one point in time, supported a majority of its citizens having the ability to acquire needs for basic survival as well as certain wants with basic requirements and expectations. That has changed and continues to do so as wealth re-distributes until there is simply a wealthy and a poor class of people.The fixed pie perspective just wont go away
The poor will always outnumber the wealthy meaning the system is inherently broken.
