Should black folks down South start moving to the North again?

We should be leaving now - resettling Detroit, Buffalo, Chicago, Flint, Cleveland, etc.

Except for the fact
  • No Jobs (that's why the houses are cheap)
  • Cold AF
  • Hostility

The crazy thing is that the Northeast would logically be better for Black people than most places in the South.

Better access to education, career opportunities, healthcare, food and nutrition, politics, better quality of life, longer life expectancy, etc.

The only thing good about the South (at the moment) is the cost of living, so if the main goal above everything else is to be a homeowner for cheap then the South would be your best bet but, everything else isn't really up to par.

Yall mfers love bringing up the south. We dont give a fukk about yall. We good. Damn even the west coast dont even come at us like this. Why yall north east mfers always gotta act so damn superior. We in the south because we love the south. I stayed on the west coast for years. It was all love but the south is my home and most south brehs feel the same way. Go to your bodega and eat yall bullshyt ass foods with your avirex jackets on and leave us the fukk alone.

yes and no

local food is really good, but if you want international food like the cities up north have, it;s much better and cheaper then international food down south
Actually, I agree with this. Especially Chinese food up north. I'll die on the hill that Southern Caribbean cuisine can go toe-to-toe with any other in the country though.
