Should Boston Trade Rondo before he gets exposed?

I think he would fit in with the lakers. He's a huge a$$hole so he needs to be around vets (like kg/Kobe) and the lakers desperately need a pg with speed that's not a defensive liability. If he could shoot like Derrick fisher, he'd be perfect. But at this point his shot is still suspect.
