One of my favorite game series

:wieahh:Def Jam Vendetta & FFNY are classics, the reason Icon failed is because they tried to make it into Street Fighter and went away from the pro wrestling aspect. No, I loved the first 3 games in the series but there is no way for them to reproduce that level of fun in todays hyperrealistic obsessed word. There is a reason this game as well as Def Jam Vendetta were sub-par in the previous generation.

Probably, especially if it's built around these wack ass rappers out now. Hopefully the PS4 & XBOX One release them as downloads in the future.I agree but my main point was these games peaked 2 game generations ago. A remake or reboot would just flop.

you...NFL Street>>>>>>>NBA Street....I would want NFL street back first, that shyt was so much fukkery
Playing that with my nikkas was just dope
In what world was V3 a failure? Sales-wise? Because that shyt was piff.
No Def Jam Icon sucked because it didn't have the same gameplay as Fight For New York, it removed features, and added stupid ones
its would get that same treatment the revamped nba jam gotThe reason the Def Jam games fell off is because EA didn't let AKI develop Icon. They tried to do the shyt in house and it was awful. If they announced AKI was making a game tomorrow we would all be anticipating it.
