Should Eminem do more to make sure Proof gets heard?

I mean, to remarket his material may seem like exploitation to some . . but if the proceeds go to the right places (his family and Detroit organizations he may of supported) then nobody should complain. As an artist you just want to be heard, so bury his material under the rug for fear that someone might say you're exploiting him is rather cowardice . . however, they shared a very close friendship so it's ultimately up to Eminem. If I were Eminem I would make sure to do something with his material posthumously, if there's no unreleased material then re-release his album and market it different or use remaining material or even previously released material and feature the verses on upcoming songs, build songs around them

For one, we don't know how much material proof left behind, he may have not been a studio rat like that.

Two, once you figure out what's in the stash you gotta make sure it's up to par...I think I've heard some songs where you can tell it was old/out of place vocals that were a bit off on some shyt after he died and it wasn't a great look

It sounds good in theory but unless you can do it damn near perfect I wouldn't touch it....I honestly wish they had more audio from bugz too.

Who knows if proof even left behind a lot of material though.

I gotta say I really was hoping for a 3rd D12 album

I think the elephant in the room per se is just how marginal Proof was. Hard to bolster a man's legacy when the music simply wasn't there. Proof seems like more of a beloved personality than musician.
I bought that Jerry Garcia album/EP whatever it was by proof.. Underwhelming to say the least
