Yes he should. He’s done. His aura and invincibility is tarnished. There will be plenty of hungry 154 pounders that would gladly put him out of his misery.

Yes I think he should definitely retire. Roy Jones brought up a good point…he said he never saw a fighter’s face change colors like that after two rounds. He said most likely it’s the after effects of the accident. Hopefully he got a huge bag and he just promotes from now on. No need to go blind in one eye or even worse.

There's still money to be made but perhaps he shouldn't fight a top boxer, for his health.
If anything, then perhaps move up a weight class or something as planned and fight mid-level, exercising that rematch clause would be blasphemous unless he was gravely ill or something during the fight.

Terrance was evil too, he could've/should've ended him early just kept on inflicting maximum damage without putting in a death blow.

He needs to see a neurologist and make sure his health is in check before even thinking about fighting again. If it turns out he’s good, go up to 154 and finish out his career with a couple fights. Don’t even worry about fighting bud again, that’s just a bad matchup no matter what.

Probably, he won't though. The only fight that makes financial sense is the most risky one to take, a rematch.
Usually when someone is a boogeyman and gets dominated like that their marketability goes way down (ie: Wilder)
Going to 154 and fighting even bigger stronger guys for what's probably going be Spence lowest paydays in years doesn't make much sense to me

within this week we saw similar brutal levels of separation

fulton was whipped by monster but nothing he has said or done before or after that makes me think he needs to retire...thats off an eye test

spence was whipped by crawford...i was one of the few ones that literally kept on saying something was wrong with spence...he is off, he's glitching, he's not taking punches well, etc etc..before and especially after this fight...i see a fighter thats been taxed before father time could even have a chance to get to him

most ppl..both fans and professional boxers are like why spence gotta retire after one fight? shyt in boxing all it takes is one fight for someone's career to end

i can pull so many examples of this

with the mention of a rematch clause..ill pull a bowe-golota comparison

bowe externally was on another career high point ater stopping holyfield but he was declining..nonetheless was on his way to a big title fight...takes on golota the 1st time in July 96...doesnt take golota seriously..doesnt train hard..comes in sloppy...and got his ass whooped...fairly brutal fight...golota's dirty ass gave him a DQ win and a clear reason to not fight him again..Bowes' pride told em otherwise..took the rematch in dec 1996, lost 50+ lbs in 8 weeks and take such a severe beating that even another DQ win wasnt enough to stop comments during the fight and after that bowe got finished in the eyes of everybody. not even 30 years old

history could repeat if spence gets back in the ring with crawford

Only he knows that. If I don't see Spence in the ring looking good like his former self again then I want Ugas and Danny fight investigated for strange payments, I want everyone involved in this fight brought on charges

Then his corner needs to make an agreement with his family that they'll throw that towel in if he starts looking lost out there.

his own damn team was sitting there watching him get destroyed and did nothing :scust: bud in first gear the whole fight doing this, coulda turnt that man into a vegetable if he wanted
