For 3rd party publishing, you could just have the PC port (if released there) go to Xbox with some ease. I think they got tools for it so as long as you put in for the PC port getting it running on Xbox shouldn't be too difficult as a third option.

That's why Sony's lawyers were juelzing in court and their online stan soldiers on here were having a 6+ month protracted crashout during the Acti/Blizz merger.... cause Playstation was at real risk of losing the thing that actually sells their brick of a console if they couldn't get something similar to the 10 year agreement Nintendo reached with Microsoft.
