Should heterosexual men be getting Mani/Pedicures?

Homegirl is always telling me how I should go get a pedicure or manicure with her and I'm always like no thanks.

I don't know any hetero males getting these things done to themselves. If I wanted to exfoliate, couldn't I just do that myself?

Any of y'all getting these things done to yourselves?

But it pretty much is her, although not quite to the same extent as your boys, that convinced you.

The girl trying to convince me is just some chick I've known for a long time and is a good friend. Our relationship is not strong enough for her to convince me of anything like this

It ain't like you're being asked to get some glitter tips or nail polish, just maintenance that you aren't doing yourself.

If you're a grown ass man and want to get a manicure or pedicure, then get a manicure or pedicure. The least heterosexual trend I've seen amongst heterosexual men is the need to have the masculinity of their every action validated by other heterosexual men.

I went once to get a pedicure with my girl and I gotta admit it was pretty dope.

But I only went that once and never went again, Its really a waste of money to get a pedicure, nobody sees my feet and I ain't getting them painted.

Manicures are a little different, I didn't care about them shyts at all. My girl used to cut my nails and do all that sh!t and then I was like. enough with this sh!t. "I'm a man"

She asked me to do her a favor, We had a big meeting coming up at work so she said to check out the nails of our VP and the Big Wigs at our company and report back. Fair enough, but she was right. All the higher ups and dudes who were making six figures all keep their nails clean and neat. Maybe not a manicure but at least do something to them.
