There is such a thing as HIPAA. What doctor would violate that to publish a private medical condition to a public database? None.

If HIPAA hypothetically did not exist - most people who may be at risk for AIDS/HIV would simply be too afraid to get tested and published.

Which would bring the epidemic back to mid 80's crisis levels and undo all the progress in prevention and treating that has made.

Not everyone is going around spreading it on purpose though and having HIV/AIDS has to suck and then add the stress it would cause having people ridicule you for having it because your status is public information. We'll see a lot of people with HIV/AIDs committing suicide.

None of them were black, I know for a fact two were white (russian) I couldn't really tell with the other 3, they all had dark hair and look mexican but who knows. The girl was white, she reminded me of Nina Dobrev.

Could have been a 17 year old with his 15 year old girlfriend. Breh turns 18 and gets hit with a charge for fooling with a 15 year old.

No one cares about that type of stress of carrying that shame around.
