That wouldn't stop people, there was a girl in my english class with aids and she still slept with multiple dudes in the class and she wrote a paper about her having aids and read it to class when class first started so they knew. :dead:

:camby:
If I were one of those dudes, I would have stole off on her in front of the class and not care about charges :demonic:

It's crazy how quick some of you morons are to willingly give up some of your privacy. And for what? Wear a condom. You know how hard it is for heterosexuals to spread HIV in the first place? I get tested for the shyt at least twice a year but this is easily one of the most half baked, moronic shyt that I've heard.

Worried about unsuspecting people's health? If you're going around fukking raw like that, you're putting your damn self in that situation. Not only that, but once you test positive for it, most clinics and doctors and shyt are required to report it so you already have a "database". Making it readily available to the entire public is just dumb. Let people keep some information private like damn.

Would you like to know if a sex offender moved into your neighborhood?

He's done the time. He claims to be rehabilitated. Would you still like to know that he is in your neighborhood?

What about you, @Juicy ? Would you like to know?

What about someone who had been exposed to Ebola at some point? Do we keep that person's name a secret?

Would you like to have that information if that person's kid is sharing the same classroom with your kid? Or, is that personal information, too?

If they had all records public that would of stopped them from sleeping with her because others would know their status if they did

Really pathetic false equivalency. Like, just lazy. I get its late but come on. There is a difference between being mentally sick and being a risk to minors than having a manageable incurable disease that brings no risk to anyone as long as you don't fukk them. The fact that some of y'all are trying to make that parallel is dumb.

We know a sex offender's shame regardless of the nature of the crime.

Could have been a 17 year old with his 15 year old girlfriend. Breh turns 18 and gets hit with a charge for fooling with a 15 year old.

No one cares about that type of stress of carrying that shame around.

Yet, you have people out here walking around as living, breathing biological weapons and we're supposed to just ignore it.

Nope. I'd like to know their names.

Unless it was due to a faulty blood transfusion, they should have known that shame was a part of engaging in risky behavior.

some people got it after being raped, some people are unknowingly infected by longterm partners, some people are born with it.

and I don't think the sex offender thing is the same, no one forced the 18 year old to have sex with a 15 year old. at 18 I knew the age of consent laws. it sucks but :yeshrug:

If I were one of those dudes, I would have stole off on her in front of the class and not care about charges :demonic:

They got with her later on in the semester! and she told the class on the like 2nd day of class :dead:

She told them!!!!, I said she read her essay about having aids out loud in the class in front of the guys, the guys knew, they were there. She said she always tells guys and she's only had one guy that had a problem with it.

The guys would of had their status known and others would know to avoid those guys. So it would of stopped with the guys

Nope. Not all sex crimes are created equal, yet they all get hit with the sex offender label and have their privacy undermined for the greater public good.

HIV/AIDS should be the same way. Yeah. Not all people contracted it the same way. But, for the greater public good, it's good to know who has it and who doesn't in a community.

Same goes for ebola exposure and anything else.

Why would I need to know my neighbor has herpes?

Do you think people will still get tested if they were made public? That would cause even more shyt to spread and more people to die.

The argument to that could be that of their name isn't marked as clear or infected then they have something and you should ask them to get tested, well you could just ask people to get tested now.

The government doesn't need to make it easier for you to fukk raw.

Honest question here.

Do you know how ebola spreads compared to STDs?

You know how many illnesses and other dumb shyt people could use your "reasoning" for? I'm done with this conversation. For the public community? Like I said... USE A CONDOM. Your sexual health is your own responsibility. Delving even more into people's private lives isn't a solution.

Being a sex offender is a lot different than being a person that has a disease. Like, it's not even the same. I'm not having sex with my neighbors so it doesn't matter if they have hiv/aids. and if a child had been exposed to Ebola I doubt the school would let them attend, so I don't need to know that a child was exposed to it. Having HIV isn't a crime, people shouldn't be punished for having it. smh
