Should I be watching Orange is the New Black?

Mainly I hear about WOMEN watching this show. As a man who's into Dramas (The Wire, Sopranos, Breaking Bad, The Shield, House of Cards, etc.) is it entertaining?

They add a "Big Meech" type figure which is completely ridiculous. Besides that its fine, like every season of the show, nothing really to cry out abut, but bytches make the show famous.
