Just ordered my brothers one gonna surprise them with it tomorrow. was debating on which way to go for them cause they have a 360 but when they came to my crib they were like at the Playstation so I was like I might as well bring them to the blue side.

Get the Xbox One. It cost less and you aren't a crazy gamer so why spend more on the PS4?

If it were me I'd look on Craigslist. You can probably get a Xbox One there for close to $250 or less.

The exception to this is if you like JRPGs or Sony exclusives over Microsoft exclusives. Otherwise it's basically the same system.

If you dont game alot, get the cheapest system you can come across, be it xbox or ps4. The differences dont really matter for casual gaming.

Get the PS4. Uncharted 4 and the eventual The Last of Us 2 will be two of the best games of the generation.

It's not ridiculous at all, I still find it insane that people view as the Sony OS on the PS4 even comparable outside of gaming.

Considering that the Xbox one is connected to your hdtv, I think it's pretty damn important for casuals to be able to do things outside of gaming easier. Watch tv easier, talk to Kinect to launch all the other media apps. Smartglass and all that other shyt. I really don't think it's comparable tbh. It's all about the users needs.
