Should I Cop This PS4 COD IW Bundle w/ RE7 and For Honor $299.99?

I really just want MWR so when I get this I'm probably gonna sell RE7 and For Honor and I see their going for about 50 bucks each, so I can make back 100 dollars selling them back on Ebay.
