EBay sucks cause the fees and paypal fees.
It really eats into profits.

My suggestion is to not purchase stuff at retail prices and resell it online. It's a waste of time and has been a waste of time for many years now. The only place to sell stuff like that in face to face or directly to a buyer with no middle man. Any online outlet will take a significant enough portion of your profits to not make it worthwhile. If you're buying under retail it's somewhat a different story.

Back in the Xbox 360 and Wii days you could buy a console and sell it and make enough profit to buy a second one for yourself but that's dead. Especially since eBay instituted the money back guarantee which means even if you say no refunds eBay says you take refunds.

Never sell anything you actually care about losing on eBay because if you sell me a Switch on eBay and I file a claim saying you sent me a box of rocks well you sent me a box of rocks and PayPal and eBay will force you to refund me. eBay sales depend on your anonymous buyer being a decent person.

Ok thanks

I will try to sell it on Craigslist but do you think there's any issue with counterfeit cash?

I fukked up I should have gotten the master edition of Zelda that is where the real money is
A couple hundred dollars in potential profit isn't worth the risk. You probably ain't gonna get eBay prices on Craigslist and like I said on eBay if a buyer wants to scam you and take your shyt eBay will basically help them do it and as a seller there's nothing you can do to protect yourself or stop them.

Yeah fukk it.
I'm over it lol
I am vigorously paying off my car and my One credit card so it's not even worth spending 300 now to try to get a couple hundred later I don't care

That won't change my lifestyle at all so I'll just get one for myself

Problem #1 on CL is people flaking out on you.
Problem #2 is low ball offers.
Problem #3 is people showing up to buy then telling you they have X amount of dollars and that's far lower than your asking price and that's all they got.
Problem #4 is it's hard to get decent prices selling stuff on there because everyone wants to pay pennies on the dollar for stuff.
Problem #5 is potentially getting robbed or worse.

I tried to sell my PS4 at launch on CL and couldn't get a serious offer for anywhere near what it was worth. Craigslist is a buyer's market where buyers have all the power and they'll starve you out until you sell dirt cheap. When I go on CL to buy something I'm not looking to pay what it's worth I'm looking to pay bottom dollar for it.
