Should I feel bad? Work related

So my job trained me to take over this guy's job that is retiring and truth is I have been trying to leave for an internal position within the company for a year now. No luck...so outside of work I got certed up and my friend is trying to get me with his previous company. If I keep doing what I do I can only work for 3 other companies and I also work on company propietaty systems......potential new job...I can work for thousands of company.

Truth is, I don't feel bad. I have seen to many people get let go when they have no use for them for me to care.

Lol burning bridges is inevitable with the higher ups but they will retire soon. The young ones on my team don't care as we are all leaving soon once the right opportunity comes up.
