Should I get a Dell Venue 8 to use as a portable MP3 Player?

How has it been holding up for you? I heard good things about Zune HD but it's not being supported anymore.

I have a zune 120 and a zune hd, bought the hd after the zune 120 hard drive died (getting it fixed now) the zune hd is a great sounding device and the software is better than iTunes despite not being supported. I can still get podcasts and my music on it so that's all I care about. The zune software may not load on win 8 so be careful of that.
