should i get a Xbox one or PS4?

man I been shooting baddies on screens from first person since Wolfenstein on Window 3.1, might've even had to go through DOS to get to it. I've played every shooter.

I thought KZ2 and Shadowfall were amazing. They really are and most of the gripes people have with them can literally be applied to every shooter. The only one that you can't is the weighty controls, which is a preference. Personally in the trenches of the gunfights it was awesome. These games also throw a shyt ton of enemies at you and it feels like full scale war when you're playing, I've noticed enemies are generally pretty smart too. especially in KZ2. Plus the multiplayer is underrated and addictive as hell. Yea they don't have a COD BF or Halo size following, but a lot of people do play.

IDK guess I don't get the KZ hate. Like be honest if you're saying it's boring and bland, have you really beat these games?

Ps4 side i read that the blu ray player isn't as good as the ps3 one and they have no good exclusive games out except for an average Killzone and a good independent arcade downloadable game...400 dollars for that??

and i've been playing games on my ps4, but answer my question. do you buy systems for launch titles alone? cus i dont see a plethora of great exclusives for larrybox, and M$ doesnt have a lot of great exclusives under their belt as is. i'd hate for you guys to still be bragging about titanfall 5 yrs from now, like xbots do with halo and gears of war.

from a tech perspective, ps4 is superior to xbox, and all the multiplatform games will probably end up looking superior on ps4 as well

i mean we are the point of diminishing returns i'm pretty sure both systems will pull off great graphics...it will come down to which system will have the more varied experiences ...i could update my gaming pc but PC really only gets polished multi-plat titles and no really interesting exclusives outside of those nerdy world of warcraft rome strategy type games

no we are not, it's just that these gpus(including cpu) are weak as fukk. worst console gen from a gpu perspective ever. with that said ryse and kz look damn good

this..doesnt sound like you really want to get either, so no need to waste the money

if you gonna get 1 no matter what, answer these 3 questions:

1. what system do most of your friends have?
2. when it comes to games, which do you enjoy more: multiplayer or single player?...if you answer mp, get an xbox1...if you answer sp, get a ps4...
3. what interests you more: non gaming aspects of the systems or gaming capibilities?...if non gaming has your interest more, go with an xbox1...if gaming is more your interest, go with a ps4

pretty much. I guess if I was choosing one and I keep saying this the PS4 is $100 less. Any major third party game is gonna be on both. Why pay more for the Xbox One? I mean if you're a huge fan of the Microsoft first party titles I can see it but if not you probably won't get an extra $100 value out of it.

The Xbox One's graphics will be good enough. its like if you have a 1080p TV and a 4K TV exist does 4K diminish your 1080p set? 1080p looks good to me. hell broadcast TV isn't even in 1080p anyway.

Judging them both at this point in their lives a week in owning both I like the Xbox One better overall because I think the end user experience is better. But I'll also say if you're looking at it purely for games the PS4 is the safer bet.

That's debatable. Honestly I don't know about you but I didn't go out and spend $500 only to play Forza 5 and Dead Rising 3. To me these are 5+ year purchases so there's no reason to base the decision of which one to get based off mostly semi-decent launch titles.
