So I was laid-off last month and I had returned all of my work items that I used from them including an iPad and iPhone for work.
After that I tried to negotiate my severance agreement to extend my health insurance coverage for one more month and 3 paychecks but they denied my negotiation request due to my tenure with the company.

Now they need me to send them codes to actually unlock the iPad/iPhone but I refuse to respond to their request since they didn't accommodate me, why would I accommodate them? Plus how do I know if these phones will just be given to a dude/chick that they hire to replace me? Also, I thought they can just reset the phone system with Apple or something.
Is that fair game or should I just give them the codes?
