Should I help my homeboy move?

Long story but my homeboy accepted a job offer in Harlem and needs my help driving a UHaul there . Would yall take time off from work to help a friend move?

split the money with movers, helped a coworker move in college and was a waste of a day.

I helped one friend move, and that was enough. Unless it’s family, I’d say no, especially if I had to take off work.

I did it for my homeboy. He moved from Houston to LA, and asked for my help. Had me driving the uhaul from fort Stockton, TX to Las Cruces, NM.

That’s like my brother, and The Godfather to my daughter. I was happy to help, but not everyone would get that.

Naw, my friends physical health is worth more than a pitcher of bud light and some wings or w.e y’all give em to justify the hard labor. Hire movers y’all! No one likes to move so why invite your friends to be miserable too?

My boy and I have helped each other move multiple times each. But that's my best friend who is like a brother. We always did this on the weekend so as to not inconvenience, went to Dunkin Donuts, got an iced tea and cinnamon raisin bagel to fuel up. We even called ourselves "The Light Heavyweight Movers."
