Should I lease a car or a horse?

i'm leaning towards horse because i'd have transportation and companionship. i live in a studio apartment so with a couple of sheets and a few bales of hay, i could make my crib a formidable stable. does anyone know a good place to cop a horse or a car of equal value?

whats the city ordinance as it relates to horses poo? Do you have to poop and scoop? I could see that being challenging on the freeway

i live in vegas so it shouldn't be that big of a deal. it's like the old west out here. and i prolly wouldn't take the highway. i'd stick to side streets and bike trails.
