There is no phone I ever seen that has videos look as beautiful than this Note 10 plus...it truly is vibrant.
Unless you are an app monster get a Google pixel 3a for short to medium term use.

The margin of photo quality in mainstream flagships and budget phones are narrowing. Phones generally been the same for about a decade and new form factors such as phones that flip or s pen have added a different dimension in the current state of new phones. Right now you paying for maybe higher refresh rates, better resolution, better processor but unless you a professional vlogger or something most people could care less about shooting 4k or 8k videos and taking 300 megapixel pics for example

I didn't get the 5G model since 5G coverage won't be widely available for awhile where I'm at. Save the extra money for now. Unless 5G will be available in your area.
