nah there is a pattern to his baldness just the thinning is not consistent but it will be a horseshoe over time. like you see in your example the other types of hair loss there isn't a complete bald area it's sporadic. his balding from the crown is more standard.He looks like he has scarring hair loss, CCCA, not typical male pattern baldness
