I can see how some would think its Kanye's best album. I just never listen to it all the way through. Maybe a few songs here and there.

Agreed. While I'd agree that Bring me Down, Hey Mama, Gold DIgger, Touch the Sky and even Diamonds are good/great songs...I dont bump em like that unless I'm in a great mood to let it play all the way through.. Still a 10/10 album But MBDTF is his magnum opus as they say.

remember actual dope musical ballads like on Crack Music or Gone but nikkas want to gas up weak unnecessary auto-tune ballads on Runaway. Weak music ballads on Devin In A New Dress and call it "ground breaking". Remember how dope it was to hear Jay and Kanye kill The Diamonds track but than got outshined by Minaj on track? Or how dope the beat fades on Heard Them Say. But now we get cuts like Hell of A Life with autotune hooks....

but let me stop cause MBDTF was so innovative and expanding for the genre of Hip HOP

:pacspit:
the sound is just better man :manny:

This shyt is still orgasmic. :to: If he had put Good Friday and Christian Dior on it....top 5 album ever. Even still its in my top 10

In my top 5 of best produced albums of all times. The mixing and mastering were epic.

This was the last project he had any resemblance of a connection with the Black experience...

It was all down hill after this point...

I might have to revisit this album again to reminisce...If my memory serves me correctly I still feel that CD was a better project...

people need to quit calling my beautiful dark twisted fantasy a classic. it's obvious ye tried way hard with that album, flooded us with music every week, and all that bullshyt.

sorry power-ballad opera rap doesn't get the pass.

graduation gets the classic stamp of approval because this was before a wave of megafags like kid cudi, drake, and a bunch of other shytty ass monotone singing slash half rappers filled the game.

do you guys remember hearing stronger the first time? that shyt was legendary. the thirst for that album was so real and kanye didn't have to flood the gates with music every week just to receive a warm welcome in terms of sales. the album was a perfect mix of soulful loops, hard drums, and next levels synths for the time it was released.
