Just a real mellow buzz. It's great for anxiety. You don't get any hallucinations or weird thoughts from it or anything. Makes you feel very content with your presence, if that makes any sense.

My friend that gave those jars to me told me it's supposed to be a four day on, three day off regiment for a month. I probably won't stick to doing it for the whole month, I'm at a good place in my life and done enough partying in my younger days that I don't think they'll have much of an affect on me long term. I could see micro-dosing having a positive impact on someone that doesn't have much experience with them however. I still got a few days off before I go back to work, so I'm gonna use these to just keep a little buzz going until then. From there, I'l probably just use them occasionally during my weekends off. These two jars he gave me will probably last me until next year lol

one should not be operating any mechanical equipment or doing something beyond walking whilst on hallucinogens.
You won't get anything but an extremely mild buzz from a capsule. There's a chance you won't even feel anything at all tbh. All a microdose will do is give you a very slight attitude adjustment in how you deal with the world while you're on it. The strongest effect should last for about three hours if you supplement it with some weed. Microdosing is meant to be done in long stretches, like around two weeks to a month, in order to get their intended results.
