Yes, there would be *some* benefit to the women as well.

I know that's not the point. But we really don't need the same people doing what they are already doing. We need more people wanting families. I doubt a child is "trash you can get rid of" culture for men will help to do that.

Lets not get to drastic

Only thing I would change about this law is the 6 months rule,the man shouldn't get 6 months to say he don't want a baby,unless he hasn't been able to communicate to tell her this....But a man whos dragging his feet or whos been avoiding her,shouldnt be able to come in 6 months in and say he don't want it.

Even if they wanted to make it where as the man you had to sign your rights away BEFORE having sex that would be fine,its a punishment for men based on all the women who will be turned off by it,and it makes both parties agree to the terms and conditions of the sex they about to have.....If contracts about consensual sex have been discussed don't see why this cant be,we both taking a chance because we like how it feels raw

This contract can be the mans burden if you want to give him hard choices,if you don't make a woman sign it before you sleep with her,tough break....she only has to sign it once and it last forever unless time passes and she gets you to sign a new contract reversing it....This takes all of the abortion concerns off the table.r
