I'm all for it. This falls right in line with equal rights. The way the system is set up now, the woman has the final word on whether or not to abort. If the man wants to have the child, and is willing to support it financially, and even take full custody, the woman can still have the abortion. Why does the man not have that same right? I don't see any negatives in this at all. What this will cause is a shift in society where women will go back to being extremely selective with who they have unprotected sex with.
This thread is about the law in which we are discussing. Unfair laws are about power responsibility and blame. Black people blamed white people for not having enough power in voting. So it was the responsibility to be fair.
