PG County, MD. This was in elementary school in the early 2000's for me. How old are you cause they could have switched shyt up especially when Obama got in office. You know Michelle Obama's biggest move was reforming school food programs and shyt.

I went to PG schools from 91-2000. Never had no Pizza for Breakfast. French toast, and cereal, orange, apple and grape juice. Chocolate and regular milk, and fruits.

By the time I got to middle and high schools. Lunch, we had the stuff the cafeteria ladies cooked. Then pizza, cheese, Pep, sau, and some Cajun fry cup, which were independent off the daily lunch menu.

Bro on everything we had those square sausage pizzas for breakfast at times. I never usually ate breakfast but I used to see them but like I said only in elementary cause I walked to school and got there early enough for breakfast. Middle school and up I couldn't tell you what they had for breakfast because I was never at school early enough.

No such thing as a breakfast food.

i get that you should eat whatever to “break the fast” but there are certain foods that will give you energy throughout your work day. If I ate 3 slices of double cheese, pepperoni pizza first thing, my ass would want to go back to bed.

Having oats, eggs and some black coffee gets me ready to tackle my day.

Take a look at the health of all the folks around you on a daily basis. How many of them you think are starting their day off with a carb/sugar laden breakfast? Every one of em would be better off skipping that meal
So is the issue the meal itself, or the fact that what we’ve classified as “breakfast food” is mostly toxic sugary garbage?

If you start your day with spinach omelet and some nuts, would that still be an issue?
