Contracts don't matchup. I still stand by the fact that the reason the Bulls defense was so bad the past couple of years is because of Gasol, and less about Rose and Jimmy not knowing how to coexist.

lets be reality. rose is not a good defender most of the time, but neither is rondo either.

I don't think he'd be eligible to be sent back to Chicago until the first day of next offseason. The December deadline is for free agents who signed deals (and Rose was eligible to be dealt before that)



This goes with those rules that prevent guys being able to return to teams that cut or traded them so soon.
