They should let Lowry and Patterson walk. That should clear up cap space and it's Delon Wright's time as the starting point guard. Try and trade Demare Carroll. He only has two years left on his contract so it might be possible. If Ibaka's contract demands are reasonable I'd bring him back.

Y'all need to try to make a move for Paul George.

I don't see how Indy could really do much better unless the Celtics got the number 1 pick and they were willing to trade their picks and assets.

Maybe not realistic but resign Lowry and Ibaka.....make a move for PG & take on Al Jeff's bad contract. It would suck to lose Norm.......but shyt, maybe you throw Wright & a few other pieces instead and see what happens in that year. If PG doesn't resign you trade Lowry and Ibaka and blow the shyt up then.

Something of this nature with PG going into the final year of his contract might be the best Indy can do given the league's nature to not want to gut their teams for star players when LeBron runs the east and the Warriors run the west and you don't want to lose him for nothing.

Derozan is still an all star caliber player that other teams can sell their franchise on. He's not PG but shyt, if they're going to lose him for nothing why not take 4 years of having Derozan in your control along with building around Miles Turner.

this doesnt help either team. the goal is to build a team good enough to top the cavs. swapping one all-star for another doesnt do any good.

Blow it up is such a stupid fukking concept. Teams that aren't quite there to get over the jump to top tier don't need to blow it up....they need to add pieces.

I was saying this exact thing to liquid I think last week. He keep saying the raptors should blow it up and trade DD. Despite everything, they are still a top seeded team in the east with a young improving star. You don't just blow it up if you are in that position. You blow it up if you are the bulls or blazers. Middle of the road teams only good for the 7th or 8th seed. Especially if the team has a high payroll. Those are franchises in a hopeless position

Delon not even a backup loooooooooool. Lowry needs a replacement If he's gone and a 25 year old 3rd string pg isn't one

Toronto can't blow it up because they are now a big market team because of Drake
They can easily attract big name agents

Bulls yes.Blazers no portland has lillard, mccullom and now nurkic they were good after the nurkic trade. They need to trade turner using one of their picks and fill holes with their other 2 picks.Blazers just need to retool some, they got too many wings.Bulls have weak trade 'assets', marginal young talent,a 2nd option almost pushing 30 as their best player with a history of never signing a star prime fa.They need to blow it up more than any team in the league.
