May i show you a series of Val clips defending the PnR my good man ?
Drummond's P&R D is trash just like the rest of his play on that end
At least JV has the excuse of being a lumbering oaf, Drummond just sucks

Fan base is already tired of this team...There isnt a swell of excitement this season that there was in previous years.
Oh yeah I haven't heard that whole We Da North bit in a while.
Honestly Masai should've cut bait with this team as soon as he arrived. But they overachieved and he is a flexible enough GM that can work with most situations admirably.

The best thing going forward is a half measure: let Lowry and Ibaka walk and focus on developing young talent. With DeRozan around,(and really I can't imagine a team trading for DD thinking he's the second option to an upcoming big 3), they can field a decent product until they get a good offer for him.

Theres going to be a problem when you want to implement a ball movement offense and keep Demar...I think that works better if you choose Lowry over him....Even when hes doubled and trapped high on the arc he still wants to take the shot or dribble thru it...its going to forcing a squar ethru a circle.

Maybe the lakers would take him, he got a lot of dough left on that contract.Basically my point is re shuffle a few things and get a better coach/system.

Lowry is better for toronto than derozan but he's also injury prone and just turned 31 that's why It would be hard to re-sign him.

I was saying also derozan needs to change his game up he's like iso joe was at times.

Maybe defensive maestro Dwayne Casey can turn Drummond into Anthony Davis :troll:

Its less about Dre and more about being tired of seeing a 24 yr old 7 footer unable to do basic things a big man with size should be able to do...

I'm all for trading JV (hate see him struggle to catch the fukking ball :francis: ) but preferably not for someone who sets the team back another 3 years

I hate this "Wait until Lebron declines" mentality

Its retarded we already saw in round 1 by the time leBron starts declining Giannis is going to be next....Raptors are not 2nd in that order so its a horrible strategy to have....Youll be chasing 3 other teams by the time the Cavs fall off...

I mentioned that specific deal cuz it was rumored during the trade deadline. That being said i would do it if its still on the table this summer.

Im ready to move on from JV even if going sideways to do it...Dre can still improve and be a higher impact player...Val is what he is at this point,he cant really improve on anything.

When hoenas drops passes in the lane you just wanna kick the screen, hes got horrible mitts.
I also despise how he cant grab boards in traffic against smaller players,he always tries to tip losse balls to other players...

@Malta How do we flip DeRozan for Jimmy Buckets ?

Y'all need to try to make a move for Paul George.

I don't see how Indy could really do much better unless the Celtics got the number 1 pick and they were willing to trade their picks and assets.

Maybe not realistic but resign Lowry and Ibaka.....make a move for PG & take on Al Jeff's bad contract. It would suck to lose Norm.......but shyt, maybe you throw Wright & a few other pieces instead and see what happens in that year. If PG doesn't resign you trade Lowry and Ibaka and blow the shyt up then.

Something of this nature with PG going into the final year of his contract might be the best Indy can do given the league's nature to not want to gut their teams for star players when LeBron runs the east and the Warriors run the west and you don't want to lose him for nothing.

Derozan is still an all star caliber player that other teams can sell their franchise on. He's not PG but shyt, if they're going to lose him for nothing why not take 4 years of having Derozan in your control along with building around Miles Turner.
