I wouldnt trade him this year, or during any season.
Id consider trading him in an offseason at some point though. He's locked in until 16-17 at a high rate. If it seems clear that Russ/Durant combo won't win a ring, if there are serious reservations about Westbrook's durability, or if Durant wants him gone, then Id look to move him.
