Should the Twin Towers have been rebuilt?

I was a younin/child, hadn't been to NY, and they never stood out to me.

i have so many memories there especially in the wb store buying all the batman toys ha

Never been to NY but they were synonymous with the skyline. It’s like if the Sears Tower was gone here, it wouldn’t be the same. The city would look naked without it.

i was super young when my mom used to take me there all i cared about was making sure i got my action.figures

i was still too young to appreciate it as a true iconic landmark

but it's still tied to my early childhood memories & memories of my mother

I remember riding a ferry with my fam. It was my Aunt's bday. My Grandpa took a nice textbook quality photo shoot of the WTC. The date on the photo however gives me chill because it was taken on 08/18/01... Just less than a month before the attack.

Crazy that it's going to be 20 years since. Times flies

One WTC is very nice and futuristic looking but it doesn’t fit that well within Manhattan’s skyline. It looks more like a building you would see in China. The Twin Towers were nothing special look wise but it still had that NYC feel to it.

Yea I was originally going to say that I think a scraper on 42nd street almost looks like the freedom tower and other towers in other places

Are you talking about the One Vanderbilt building?

I don’t really see any resembles it has to One WTC.
