Ryback would have been alot more protected if they had real jobbers he could throw around....of course it wouldnt necessarily develop him much lol

I think jobbers are a must for the most part and would go a long way to restablish stars. I've talked about it in other threads but this 50/50 booking doesn't help get anybody fully over. Not to mention without jobber matches they have to fill up too much TV time so they ended up pairing up damn near every combination of wrestlers. So now no matchups feel special or anything to get excited about since we've seen them all 10 times even before a PPV matchup even occurs.

Plus having jobbers you give each wrestler more of a chance to get their movesets and more importantly their finishers over.

This.

If they had jobbers still, they'd have more stars on deck.

Absolutely.

I loved fukkin Gilberg, back during the Monday Night Wars when Goldberg was over like a motherfukker. in the WCW The WWF had a nikka who was a skinny asss parody of Bill Goldberg, who'd just get his ass whooped by people.

That motherfukker would come out and people would start yelling "Gilberg, Gilberg, Gillberg":pachaha:

Never on raw or smackdown. Between the importance of the ratings and tv deal, and the fact that "special events" are always within a few weeks away, they can't afford to.
