Should there be an autoban for posters with rep -1000 and lower?

nah i dont think its that serious. internet threats dont mean shyt and if you get your real life put on blast welllll thats on you lol.

the negative rep is basically the consensus that they arent liked by many of the active members for one reason or another. if not autoban there should be some kind of thread to let them plead their case before they get the boot.

No. its not cool to put peoples real life on this site. Its one thing to joke on things a poster has said about themselves. But to have posters messaging you on facebook (or any other personal site), causing drama or making fake accounts with your pics thats not cool. Plus the coli is getting big which adds on to it. Even if I absolutely hated a poster I would never do anything to them that would involve their real life.

there's a variety of reasons posters end up in the red, but like I said the rep system in place now doesn't mean shyt anyway, it's about as useful as coli cash....

its really not a big deal to me because i have my shyt on lock. i wouldnt be stupid enough to have it out there in the first place. when you loosen up on it things tend to happen. i wouldnt risk putting someone else's stuff out there either though. regardless its not a big deal in my opinion. so im not going to advocate people get banned over it

Not really. Getting a little in the red could happen. Getting -1000 is a different story.

Besides, they must have done something to provoke those responses.

And I've never seen a single good post from someone deep in the red to the point of -1000.

That's when the mods have to do their jobs. if it's a clear case of a clique negging someone they don't like, then that's fine. If it's a matter of a shytty poster getting negged over a course of a few months, then he needs to GTFOH

Naw. I mean, there is probably a strong correlation between negative rep and posters that I'd like to see off the site....but it's certainly not 1 to 1 and as has been stated, people get negged/repped for various reasons that oftentimes do not have anything to do with offenses that should be deemed as ban-able.

Just look through your own rep history. You probably neg and rep for all kinds of different shyt.

Some people are just annoying and I neg for how disdainful they come across as...even if they've never done anything worth banning over.

Other posters are nonsensical and probably should be banned for trolling/alias/whatever...but will occasionally say something funny and they'll get a pos.

if this was a matter of mods doing their job, we wouldn't need some rep number to dictate bans in the first place because they would go off a poster's history and actions and not how many red numbers he has by his name
