Should there be an FBA delineation for census/job applications, programs, and benefits?

What yall think? I was talking to my bro and he mentioned this. Instead, he believes some programs should exist strictly for FBA.... Having just "black" allows anyone of African descent to take advantage of these programs. If I'm not mistaken, many of these programs were created to help level the playing field

I was looking at a UK job application and they had something along the lines of “black Caribbean”
Black African, etc

Even if they weren't doing away with the programs folks would just find some other reason to oppose this.
